Doctor Terry and Karen at the front desk are great. My family has been using this vet for 14+ years. However they have been bought by another company and brought in new staff. The new girl at the front has been extremely rude and disrespectful multiple times. She is argumentative and aggressive. When i called because i had been waiting 20+ minutes and she responded “well didn’t you see with your eyes that the doctor just walked in a few minutes ago” in the rudest tone. I immediately said cancel my appointment and i will be finding a new vet. This is not the first time she has spoken to me this way. Like i said, Karen and Terry are amazing and would continue to go if it weren’t for the new staff.
