I had to use another vet this past weekend, due to an issue with one of my pets. After two days and her not doing any better, I called Dr. Mountain's office (her regular vet) and asked if she could be seen. They squeezed me in and right away, the appointment went very different than the one I'd had (and paid a lot of money for) over the weekend. They are not only knowlegable, they are caring and compassionate. A procedure that had been done over the weekend had been done with no regard for my pets pain. At Dr. Mountain's office, completely different experience. They were able to diagnose exactly what was causing her issue and prescribe me the appropriate meds. She is already improving. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mountain and her team. They are the Best of the Best and if your pet is cared for by them, you are lucky!!!

Dr. Katherine Mountain is absolutely wonderful! She saw my cat on a moment’s notice when he had an open wound and immediately got him fixed up and started on antibiotics. What really melted my heart was after she gave him his shot—he put his head right on her shoulder and “gave her a hug.” 🥹 I think that says everything about how gentle, kind, and caring she is with animals. She is truly the sweetest person, and we absolutely love her. I’m so thankful she was there when we needed her! ❤️🐾
